Knowledge put to practical use is wisdom and when applied through method, has the power to change the world.
Verdandi learning and development is aimed at people actively engaged in the delivery and realisation of benefits from change. We develop people's capability, transfer essential know-how and skills, and help them adopt the required behaviours needed to perform effectively in their role. We teach them not only what to do but show them how to do it - and equip them to succeed.
Our courses, workshops and events are facilitated by expert trainers who know the course they are teaching and understand the subject in depth. We meet the learning needs of all people from those just requiring a project discipline to help them succeed in their day job, to those who wish to make project management a career choice.

Certification & Qualification
PMI Certification
The Project Management Institute (PMI) is a US certification process, founded around the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK). There are three levels of PMI certification:
The education experience requires the candidates to undertake a variety of training courses whilst gaining practical experience of delivering projects and programmes over several years.
SPM methodology is similar to the PMBoK and PRINCE2 frameworks, in that it explains what to do. SPM differs in that it explains how to manage projects and comes with an integrated toolkit that enables people to immediately put their learning into practice.
All of Verdandi's learning contributes to the total education experience needed to gain PMI accreditation. Additional topics, such as the Earned Value Analysis, which Verdandi does not teach, are covered by other supplier's courses.
ISEB Qualification
The Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) in the UK has approved SPM as a suitable foundation methodology for candidates seeking qualifications in IT project management.
PRINCE2 Qualification
PRINCE2 Qualification requires separate training.
